Berocca® Boost can be taken everyday throughout the year, but you should not use Berocca® Boost to replace a healthy, balanced diet.
Berocca® Boost can be taken at any time during the day for that extra little kick when you need it.
The recommended daily intake is one tablet per day. Exceeding this may be harmful.
Guarana is a fast-acting natural stimulant. It is a plant native to the Amazon Rainforest regions that has been known for centuries for its natural properties as well as for being a natural form of caffeine.
Effervescent Berocca® Boost tablets contain sweeteners and sugars, although the sugars are present in a very small amount 25mg (0.025g). The effervescent tablets contain 349.81mg sorbitol, 70.13mg mannitol, 20mg acesulfame, 30mg aspartame.
We have no specific recommendations regarding the suitability of Berocca® for diabetic patients and we suggest you speak with your GP or another healthcare professional to get further advice.

Guarana should be avoided by pregnant or lactating women..
